Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE:

There can be possible delays during high volume sale periods. Our team is working hard to process your return as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a refund only if:

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:

  • Items must be shipped out within 7 days after delivery
  • Returned items must be in their original form (unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached).
  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The collection fee for the return/exchange is 25AED.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund cash for customers who pay using the cash on delivery option, you will get store credit as a refund.
  • For PayPal, Tabby, credit and debit card payment the refund will always be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.
EXCHANGE

You can exchange the items within 7 days after the purchase. We offer one free exchange per purchase for a different size. If you wish to exchange to a different model/item a courier fee of 25AED needs to be paid on delivery. Kindly click here to make an exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

Kindly click here to submit a return request. Please add the order number and your email address, as well as the return reason.

SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return amount takes you under the threshold for free postage, the amount will be deducted from your store credit as you will no longer be eligible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.

Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list. Please note that any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned, unless they are faulty.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on BLACK FRIDAY FINAL SALE/CHRISTMAS SALE, FLASH SALE & YEAR END SALE items.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

In case of a missing or damaged item(s) kindly send an email to support@vbtqe.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. You have 48 hours after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items or get refund for missing items. After 48 hours we will not be able to replace the damaged item.

Please note… All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.
